We offer individual, by-the-bedroom leases. This means you are only financially responsible for your private bedroom and your portion of the shared living spaces.

Our standard lease term runs from August 14, 2026 through July 25, 2027.

Rent is due on the 5th of each month. A late fee of 10% of the monthly rent will be applied beginning on the 6th.

Common areas include a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, and dining table with chairs. Bedrooms feature a full XL bed, chest of drawers, desk, and chair. Each apartment also includes major kitchen appliances and a full-size washer and dryer.

Yes. Liability insurance is required prior to move-in in accordance with your lease agreement.

Yes. During the application process, you can complete a roommate preference profile. Matches are made based on lifestyle preferences, though compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Move-in begins August 14, 2026. Please bring a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance, and any remaining balances. A detailed Move-In Guide will be provided prior to your arrival.

Residents are required to complete a Move-In Condition Form within the timeframe outlined in the Move-In Guide to document any existing conditions.

All maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal. For after-hours emergencies, please call the on-call number listed in your lease.
